主要責任：
1. 負責指定區域的技術服務，包括取樣。
2. 幫助客戶設備潤滑油初裝，指導客戶特種油的日常維護和使用。
3. 定期訪問指定區域內的客戶，及時總結客戶拜訪報告。
4. 協助銷售員與客戶建立和加強健康的客戶關系。
5. 在責任范圍內收集信息，匯報客戶在產品應用上的反饋及市場信息。
6. 負責技術培訓，技術指導和提供給客戶的技術文檔。
7. 對開式齒輪傳動及大型生產設備進行現場服務。
8. 重新調整及修復損壞的開式齒輪以提高機械的運轉狀態。
資質：
1. 化學工程或機械學士學位
2. 至少2-3年在重負荷旋轉設備制造業（如水泥、電廠、礦山等）的工作經驗。
3. 具有優秀設備維護（水泥、電廠、礦山）技巧者優先。
4. 熟練計算機技能（微軟辦公軟件）
5. 團隊精神和責任心
6. 很強的英文口頭和書面溝通能力
7. 愿意出差，愿意很長時間出差
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for technical service in assigned area, including sample taken
2. Assist customers on first fill of lubricants in equipment set up, and instruct on regular maintenance and use of specialty lubricants
3. Visit customers on a regular basis in assigned area and summarize customer-visit- report promptly
4. Support sales force to build-up and establish healthy relationship with customers
5. Collect information within the field of responsibility and report customer feedback on product application and marketing information
6. Be responsible for technical training, technical instruction and technical documentation to customers
7. Site-evaluation of open gear drives and large production equipment
8. Reconditioning/Reprofiling of damaged open gear drives in order to improve the operational condition of machinery
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Machinery
2. At least 2-3 years working experience in heavy rotating equipment manufacturer, such as cement, power plant, mining
3. Excellent skills in maintenance of equipment (Cement, Power plant, Mining) is an advantage
4. Competent on computer skills (MS-Office)
5. Team spirit and commitment
6. Very good oral and written English communication skills
7. Willingness to travel also for an extended period of time
